Message me.
Correction. All aircraft, all seat positions.

Need Pilot with PMU hours in Grace Month. Need to input a General PMU request in with very basic constraints. Pick a date and monitor if trips drop into the date and record what happens (please prior to taking any notifications to do a quick open time check to see if trip is in fz status). Also, if you have PMU hours in grace, locate a trip in open time. Instead of a trip specific make-up request, input a general PMU makeup request that would cover the trip selected. Once input is received, record the results exactly as above.

I don't need to know who you are, what seat you are in, what airplane you are in or anything. Just need the results communicated.

Once the trip is unfrozen, then the trip is processed for trading.
If so, how is it a Captain can be assigned to a charter yet the trip remains FZ in FO open time pot as it is right now. It know scheds can FZ trips but in this case what's the point if a CA is on it already. I've seen this A LOT with charters.

Just got off the phone with skeds and he told me that the f/o on there had an issue with his medical so they removed him, but that they will put him back on there when/if it is resolved( or they will remove FZ for trading). I didn't ask for the f/o 's name, but this case does show that skeds can turn on/off the Fz.

More Info. Duty Officer placed the Fz on the trip. The schedulers that you talk to on the phone do not have the authority to place Fz, only Crew Control and higher. So, if you run into any situation at the last second ( medical, passports etc), call the DO for help.

These trips were already awarded a few days ago. I think they hit OT on Thursday. Both the FO and Capt seats were filled, so something happened to the FO. As posted above, looks like it's a medical thing and they froze it in case he gets it cleared in time.

I missed that section in the contract. All I can find is you are either qualified to fly or not.

Why even put it into open time if the original FO will get it back if his medical issue is resolved? Give the guy 24hrs prior or something and if the issue isn't resolved drop it into open time with no restrictions. Makes zero sense to me how they do it but no one is asking anyway.

You're absolutely right. Everything in this world is completely black or white.

I am just passing along what I found out from the schedulers. If you want that trip Unfrozen, maybe call the duty officer and ask.
Good Luck.
