Wow! 180? Guess there won't be any street hires for awhile. Unless, of course you guys are losing pilots to the Majors. A lot of hiring up there.
Is that a factor or not in the fractionals in general or Flexjet in particular?
You know, of course, that Flexjet is advertising for F/Os on Internet job search boards.

We'll lose some to the majors, I'm sure. But it won't be in huge numbers. I think we've already lost all the guys that were going to go back to American. There maybe a few left that are still on the fence, but not many. I would say that the majority of our attrition from here out will be retirements. It's hard to say since we don't have a mandatory retirement age but there are over 30 guys into their 60's already with quite a few of them over 65.

I know qiute a few furloughed Flight Options pilots, none that i talked to are going back to Flops or Flexjet, they have all moved on to the airlines. Probably a handful might be interested in going to Flexjet.

Yeah, we're taking applications but they're calling the FLOPs guys first, then the ones they had already called before the FLOPs deal, then more off the street. Right now, everyone is going into a pool while they wait to confirm delivery dates of aircraft.
