Will be hiring for forseable future. 8 on 6 off, or 15 on 13 off, Tuesday or Wednesday starts and finish.

The rotations will take you wherever the company needs you, regardless of where you live. If you are in the NYC area you will probably get a fair amount of local starts at TEB, but thats not to say they wouldn't buy you a ticked and send you across the country if thats where they need pilots. 8 on 6 off is what most pilots do.

Hiring into both fleets. Upgrade time for the X is shorter since there are more of them, maybe 18 months or so?
For the 300 about 22 months.
Benefits are very reasonable as far as insurance goes, HSA plan with a good company contribution.
HR would do a better job of explaining it all.

Surprised it is 18 months, thought it was a little quicker. Either way, that's still not a long time considering.
