Well it's been almost 2 weeks since I passed the checkride in Dallas and still haven't received my uniform. How long does this usually take? Hoping I'll have it in time for my Cycke I'm supposed to start Tuesday.

Sorry but the uniform parts take a loooooooooomg time. Took me two cycles to get my uniforms and they still had it wrong. So I started using my own black pants. If you don't get them by tomorrow, most likely you won't be On for Tuesday, because theres no one at the corporate offices on weekends.

They are still interviewing like crazy. They were just in DAB doing interviews and sim checks. I heard there are still open spaces for July class. Not sure how many.

Yea I've been surprised I haven't heard anything yet but an email acknowledgement, but I do know they are probably getting attacked by the college grad kids right now.

I'm leaving, offer in hand waiting on a class date at the regionals.
Bye Felicia. If you're that unhappy, It might be best to move on so you don't bring the rest down. Lemme guess..... FO?

Those that have been hired recently, what are competative mins looking like? I'm a little short right now (300TT) but hope to get another 200-300 this summer/fall instructing and hopefully finding some other work on the side. I know 500 is the mins, but are people getting picked up with that kind of time? It seems from the last few pages in this thread that they're losing more pilots than they're getting, which is what made me wonder if I'd be competitive in the 500-600TT range.

I know of some that were picked up and interviewed under 500. Also the AMEL requirement was changed a good while back.

Oh really? Last I saw they still required it. Not that it matters because I've got my MEL addon ride here in the next week or so.

Thanks for the info!
