Legacy - /45 and /47.
NG - /47E

They have some slightly different systems, very different avionics, and different performance characteristics.

Lucky dog! Both my IPs were awesome, but 626 was also my Sim instructor, hes a really great guy and fun to fly with.

Hope you didn't read the notes at the bottom! Take your time with IOE though. He asked me at the end if I wanted to be signed off or if i wanted more practice. I told him to sign me off just so other guys sitting hotel/home standby could get a chance to do IOE. But honestly its great flying with an IP and theres no consequences for sitting on IOE for extended periods of time. Little did I know, he signed me off and now IM the one sitting home standby this week haha.

I THINK we're all done at this point but im not 100% positive. I know myself and two others were some of the last to start and finish, and I think all 3 of us are done at this point so we should be all good to go.

I don't know about the benefits but the schedule is 8 on and 6 off. From what I've been told if your base isn't PSM or MCO then the 1st and last day of you 8 days on are riding in an airline back to your domicle. If your based in PSM or MCO then those days are spent operating flights back to your domicle.

Thanks for info.

Any idea how many legs are flown a day? Or just hit or miss, feast or famine? 117 rules wouldn't apply, but do they usually get 8 behind the door?

Any "typical" runs or destinations?

Do they get a rental car when on the road?

These are QOL issues to me.

Thanks for being inputs.

Average number of flights per day varies, but it is about 5-6 in the summer and 3-4 in the winter. Busier on holiday weekends. Average stage length is maybe 1.5 hrs.

No typical runs, but you do have habitual passengers. Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, other New England destinations are popular in the summer. Florida and Bahamas are popular in the winter. Flights to the Midwest, Canada, are usually for specific owners. Flights out west are rare.

Rental car on the road varies by destination. It really depends on the availability and reliability of shuttle service. You will get one more than 50% of the time.

8 on 6 off. Airline to and from your aircraft is hit or miss. I'm MCO base and I airline frequently. PSM base pretty much never Airlines.

The benefits are fantastic. EXTREMELY affordable and extremely well covered. They pay for a lot more than they need to.

I've had as few as 1 leg and as many as 5 legs so far in a day but I've heard of a lot more. I've never NOT had a rental car but apparently it happens, especially in places like Marthas Vineyard.

As others said there's a few typical airports in the north east but it doesn't get repetitive because you're all over the place.

Big Thanks for the replies, I got my information in, but I'm dong a little research in case I get a call back.

Do you usually stay at decent hotels?

Per Diem or a card to use for meals?

Anyone who would PM me, so I can ask a few other questions, which I probably don't want to ask on a semi private public forum?

Thanks
