Part time salary is 1/2 of what the pilot would be paid if full time based on longevity. So a second year part time Captain's salary is $35,000 and a 3rd year part time Captain's salary is $37,500. All other pay (per diem, holiday, late day 8,and overtime) are paid at the same rate as full time pilots.

Not provided for part timers, although they can buy it at full cost. I'm not sure what that is since I don't need it from Plane Sense. Remember the part time program is directed at pilots who have retired from the airlines so they don't have a need for benefits.

Interview in Sim
Sooooo... if haven't flown a sim in years and only have "recent" experience in a single engine plane with glass cockpit (Bonanza), should I get some Sim training before interview?
I know the glass cockpit (Garmin) buttonology with my eyes closed for approaches, etc in the airplane I have my last 500 hours in, but I haven't flown a 6-pack in years.
Approach speeds, Power/Attitude/Configurations for different approach segments... same concerns.
I believe the local flight school has a Caravan 208 as maybe the closest airplane to a PC12 and another local one has a Redbird.
Tracking and holding at a VOR/NDB may be required. I haven't flown using an ADF so will this be GPS based?
Any other advice in prepping?

For the interview for FOs they have used a Frasca, configured as a 6 pack Bonanza, or the PC-12 configured FTD. If the person being interviewed is applying to be a Direct Entry Captain then the sim is the PC-12. We don't do NDB approaches on our checkrides so I wouldn't expect one on the interview. Do plan on a VOR approach, with the possibility of an ILS, but not a GPS approach. If the sim is in the PC-12 they don't expect you to know the buttonology so there is another examiner in the other seat to do that for you, don't be reluctant to use him. They are evaluating your instrument flying capabilities not your buttonology. Another suggestion make sure you can read and understand Jepps, including ODPs.
