PM me and I will be happy to share what I know past and present.
I’ve written in years past extensively on their culture. Mine will be one person’s perspective. When I applied and worked there, many XOers were on this forum publicly and would answer any questions. The absence of such posters is an indicator that shouldn’t be ignored.

Both of the posters above were persons I reached out to when I was researching reputable 135 operators. I spoke to them on the phone and was given honest info which matched up to what they and others were saying about XO back in 2019.
Speaking the truth about a company should not bring down threats of lawsuits via letters, emails or intimidation to former employees. To do so sends a msg to others that is obvious. Southern Airways is experiencing that as we speak with it suing former pilots. Would you apply to that dumpster fire?
It is tempting to choose a company to work for that would fill a lot of squares for a young pilot willing to go to a less than perfect (there are no perfect ones as we know). One can hold one’s nose when one is just starting out but going in having realistic expectations is all folks on here are pointing out.
For a seasoned aviator or retired 121 pilots, the choices are too many to consider employment at a company that is experiencing the challenges being faced at XO IMHO. But each person needs to make that call.
Should you apply there and accept a CJO? I’m not saying no or yea as each person has their own personal mins based upon their situation and career aspirations. Look around carefully and simply be aware of the pitfalls for you and your family.

Although we share the same, painful ex-VJ experience, Chase always has the best insight on the Malta thugs.
