Thanks again.
I'm assuming that since Vistajet flies a lot more international, 8/6 doesn't make sense. 17/13 does.

You choose CL350 or Global with your application, or you choose XOJET Aviation.

Make sense?
Yes sir, Thanks again for the clarification!

What is the pay scale for the Global pilots??
Are they going worldwide or mostly domestic?

Go on Flightaware.com and track by organization the VJT call sign. Its pretty amazing where the Globals go. Lots of Middle East time when I looked. Not a whole bunch of domestic. Hence the 17/13 schedule. When it can take a day and a half to get from your home to Doha to pick up a jet you can see how 8/6 wouldn't work.

Per a Global Driver (XOJCR) they are primarily domestic. In 2 years he has only been over seas 1 time. XOJCR aren't the same as the European registered aircraft based in Malta and other places.

A little frustrated as tomorrow will be 2 weeks since my interview (which went very well), and I haven’t heard anything. I even sent an email last Friday asking about a timeline, and haven’t received a response. I have two other offers that I’m going to reject when/if I get the call.
I’m certainly not trying to toot my own horn here, I just really want to work at XO!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you were in fact tooting your own horn. It may have went well from your point of view, but maybe not theirs. I obviously don’t know the details of your interview, but is it possible they want someone a bit more humble?

Aphineday, I personally don't think your last post shows disrespect, a show-off or someone not humble. I think I know where your feelings come from - out of plain worries and a strong wish to be part of the XOjet happy family and I personally respect that. Hold on tight...

Thanks so much for being able to see that. What I really meant was that I enjoyed the people, I enjoyed what I saw from the company, and it checked every box of what I was looking for in a company when I was at the XO interview. I think I would fit in very well there, and would love to be offered the chance to make that a reality.
The other offers that I have received are definitely subpar companies (at least from the due diligence I’ve done this far), and I was frustrated (not mad or entitled), but frustrated that it has taken them much longer than they expected to notify us. I’m sure it has to do with the move, and everyone being in a state of flux in the office right now.
Thanks again for the words!

Its always frustrating to wait, especially for a job you really want. Once you get the call, it will all be forgotton.
