What does the captain pay scale look like? Is it a similar tier model?

Is that upgrade from being hired at 1500? Are there captain upgrade minimums?

Those are the minimums each pilot needs to hit to upgrade. Most pilots average 500-600 hours per year. That will affect your time to upgrade if you hire on at the 1500 hr minimum.

If you start with 3000+ total time and meet the other requirements than upgrade will happen sooner.

Be yourself. Be open. BE HONEST! It goes a long way with XO. I just finished indoc yesterday. It’s a great company who really values their pilots. We had a great class. Everyone from a guy with no Jet time but tons of hours to a retired wide body captain from one of the big 3. A couple guys just over 2500 hours. You can tell how they hire by who is in the class. 5 captains on the CL30 just got picked up by majors so upgrade is coming down to one year or less. If you get the call feel free to pm me and I can give you a run down of indoc.
