Thank you for asking . Yes! I haven’t gotten any paperwork yet, but I got “the call” about 36 hours ago inviting me to join the XOJET team! It’s been quite a whirlwind since then. I have many folks to thank, and I’ll try to properly thank each one with a beverage of their choice!
(NOTE: My current boss is NOT happy...which I take as a good thing)

Examples of my flex last 60 days
4 on, 2 off, 7 on, 3 off, 8 on 11 off (into next month). 6 on, 3 off, 8 on, 5 off, 5 on.
Other months I simply work a normal 8/6 at a grand override so it varies.

I read some good posts recently about the experience of getting hired and interviewing. Can anybody provide some insight on the training? Is it similar to airline training in terms of Indoc, systems, sims, etc? Is it AQP? How long is the foot print?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I’m on the Challenger so I can’t speak for the other equipment but the layout was as follows.. INDOC including travel days on each end was 11 days. Only had 4 days off between INDOC and Type Training (that can vary I’m told). Type Training was at CAE in Morristown, NJ. Not AQP and 17 days including travel days on each end. Systems first & sims second. It’s a doable course but fast so any preparation you can do prior helps a ton. I’ll say the instructors are great and they do their best to teach you what is important to pass the check ride. After type training I had 6 days off and began the 8/6 rotation. Can’t say enough great things about this place! Really have enjoyed it so far.

Aviator90,
I have the in-person interview in a couple of weeks, and was wondering how many flying hours you guys are getting per month on average? Ex. Challenger 350 SIC, 17 on/13 off, how many trips/hours during those 17 days?
Thanks in advance.

Xo application/auto response.
When you apply do you get an automated response confirming they received your application ? Beginning to wonder if it went through
I applied two months ago no response at all, 6500tt 6000 PIC 4 types 90 percent on demand 135 experience.
Anyone share their experiences, thanks
