To Elaborate more on the Hilton/Marriott comment above...
We get booked almost exclusively with those two brands. We often get full service Hiltons or Marriotts. We do stay in HGI or Courtyards often in certain places. We can request certain hotels if the price is comparable.

Met a couple of XOJET crew members today in JAX. and ER (Standards Captain) were fantastic to talk with, and were very generous with their time and knowledge! If that is the quality of people working there, it is definitely the place I want to be!!!

Lots of Job Opportunities at XO
This board is primarily focused on pilots but it takes much more than pilots to run any flight ops.
XOJET is making a move from MCC in CA to Ft Lauderdale Executive Airport as you may have heard.
For the pilots because we are "home based" that move doesn't impact us too much. There are also Clients Services Representatives spread around the company and aren't impacted too much either.
However, other positions...maintenance, HR, IT, International flight planners, payroll, flight ops (non-flying positions) as well as openings at XO and Vista are in need of being filled.
Don't delay in getting resumes in for specific jobs...mx said they had 9 apps in on the first day of job posting for one position!
The current list of jobs can be found at this link
Nearly all jobs are in the FLL/FXE area so moving/living to the area is required.
Things are still be negotiated but current facilities (remodeled) and a new facility will be part of the new headquarters for XO. It will house all XO/Vista/GMJ Shuttle/JETSmarter in one place. Goal is to have the move completed by late 2Q20 but like anything in aviation, all things are up for change.
New Vista Jet work schedule has been reduced from 17/13 to 15/13 beginning 1 Jan 2020.
There is no 8/6 schedule...yet...I'm sure folks who are applying for the Global/350 would like that but effective 1/1/20 the scheduled work days are 15/13.
Also I heard the training that use to be done on days off is being moved to during work weeks..if anyone from XO/Vista can confirm, pls do.
Also, recently announced but still be disseminated, age restriction for applying for the Global is now 55 due to the requirements for international flying in the EU and other surrounding foreign countries. Vista side of the house put that rule in to place.
For pilots applying, with so many moving parts going on at XO, please be patient with the interview calls and subsequent calls for interviews at MCC...I'm sure some of you have applied quite sometime ago and are hoping for the call/email but please be patient.
The SWA/XO partnership is going to happen but CAE is where the training will begin...700 pilots according to SWA and CAE.
Those will trickle out way down the road as one can't snap one's finger and create a pilot. Reference the SWA website to get more info about that program and updates.
Our new COO, Kevin Thomas is working his tail off to keep the train going down the track.
New Director of Operations (former Chief Pilot) and new Chief Pilot (former ACO) are great guys...the depth of talent at XO is what gives me great hope that all of these challenges will be met and make XOJET even stronger.
More to come...things are still going great...thanks for reading!!

Great info Chase, thank you for posting. Just to clarify a couple things: the 15/13 schedule will only be for the Vista Challenger fleet, Global will still be 17/13. Also, training is still on days off (they get paid extra).

Is there a published pay sheet for the Global
Hey Chase,
Is there a published pay sheet for the Global on the Vista side? By the way, your posts are some of the most detailed and informative that I have ever seen on this forum. Glad that you are having a great second career there.
