Our aircraft are all owned by the shareholders/fractional customers and operated by the company on their behalf.
We have a managed aircraft division based at KDAL, with a fleet of aircraft that are purely managed aircraft, owned by one owner/company, and we operate it on their behalf.
Most people flying in our managed aircraft division started Fractional and then interviewed to cross over.
I hope this answers your question, have a wonderful holiday season.

If you are interested, now is a good time to apply. Good luck to all, and have a blessed holiday season.

I was in Dallas yesterday for a training event. There were some exciting discussions ongoing about additional positions. At this point in time, there may end up being more than 10 positions available with various seats and bases across the company.

I thought I'd add something random to prospective EAS applicants...
When your a new hire at a company you typically accept that you will kiss thanksgiving and Christmas goodbye along with asking for time off to make yourself a quick vacation.
Well. After indoc I was awarded some time off so I could purchase a ticket to Colorado to alpine ski. And a new hire classmate was able to create himself quick vacation to a beach destination with his family.
I got 3 days at thanksgiving off. Another new hire classmate got 12/24, 12/25, 12/26 off.
So I'm sharing that so far I'm impressed with many things. It normally takes at least two years at a company to get turkey day or santa day off. And takes awhile to be able to ask for time off. EAS has been very accommodating. I came from a regional airline and have seen poor treatment.

Hey guys, I am very interested in EAS. According to posts 1500 hrs is a hard minimum. I'm sitting at 1325TT, 200ME, an SIC 525 Type, with about 100 hrs in the CJ. Is it too early for me to apply and interview or should I just wait a few months until I get the 1500? Or maybe it would look better to apply now and update as I gain hours?
Thanks for the help, EAS sounds like a great next step for me. Would love to be there!

Well, I can only tell you my story about hard minimums. In '85 I was thinking about getting out of the Navy. I had 1600 hours but only 450 of it was C-12 time. AA wanted 500 hours of fixed wing. I was averaging 45-50 hours a month in the C-12 so I went ahead and applied. They didn't have the extensive hours grid they do now.
Sure enough, they called right away and scheduled me for an interview. When I went down to DFW, I told them I only had 450 fixed wing time but would have the rest in two months.
Got the immediate TBNT response AND got my SSN entered in their data base as a rejected hire. Never ever heard from them again.
Moral of the story: Don't bother applying until you have the minimum quals. If they call immediately you're out and it just might be a bridge you burn that you might want later on.

You can always apply and keep updating the app until you meet the mins.
You just won't get the call until you reach the mins. Start getting your name out there and keep it fresh in their minds!

I've been offered an opportunity to interview at EAS on the 8th of January. Should i expect an email or what not detailing where to go, what to bring? Its been a few days since the call and I haven't gotten anything else.
Thanks guys and gals.
