In FTW, I would say that's the norm, but its also happening in other places with less turnover. Everyone is here for different reasons and everyone's situation is different. However, the consensus seems to be get your time and keep your options open for a speedy exit. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of good opportunities here that don't exist at other shops. There is a lot of movement overall and that movement is here for a reason.
The reason Airshare is so appealing..... The people and the opportunities.

couple of questions for you guys. First, Is there a stigma against guys with lots of KA experience going straight to the left seat? The reason I ask is because after reading the thread there may be. By experience I don't have the same as you guys but I have flown KA's in combat, which I realize is different. Second, are there any openings in Tulsa that anyone knows of?
