Yep, that's what was said. Doing the math it shows that you are under training contracts for 3 years from the get go. And the first two years of that you are under contract for an SIC type rating that gets you nothing in the real world. That's not a good deal.

True! Still hiring for that base. We've always had a strong demand in San Antonio but only one crew based there. By adding another crew or two down there the load should be distributed more evenly.

New payscale updated via other forum

Aviators,

Executive AirShare is excited to announce that we have updated our Part 135 pilot pay scale across the board! Great news for our current pilots, and for those looking to join Executive AirShare. A detailed list is attached through 14 years of service, but I'll highlight the starting salaries that were increased for all of our SIC's, and PIC's:

SIC's will move to the new salary April 1, 2018.
PIC's will move to the new salary July 1, 2018.

All SIC's start at $56K.

Starting PIC in the King Air 350i starts at $75K.
Starting PIC in the Phenom 100 starts at $80K.
Starting PIC in the CJ2+ starts at $85K.
Starting PIC in the Phenom 300 starts at $100K.
Starting PIC in the LR-45 starts at $100K.

We honor years of service when you upgrade aircraft as well.

Pilots must live within one hour of their base in the following cities: BUF, MKC, AAO, RVS, FTW, SAT & HOU.

8/6 for all PIC's after their first year.
10/5 for all PIC's with less than one year.
10/5 for all SIC's.

SIC hiring mins are 900TT with a four year degree, 25 multi, and an active CFI OR 1200TT and 25 multi.
