The average is 4-600/yr but more on the lower end as a first year fo. Especially if you don’t get a sim date right away. If you come in at 1000 hours it will take 2 years to upgrade.

2 years to the 350, 3 years for the Phenom 100 which requires 2500 TT for the reduced minimums if you pass the upgrade review

Hello, EAS Recruiter, it was great to meet you in person yesterday. I was the one from DFW. Was it the Open House going on today? I hope it went well. Good morning Higgop! The MKC Open House went well on Friday. We had the chance to meet some great people and gave them a tour of our facilities and aircraft. We had quite a few pilots through for recurrent training, so it worked out well as the applicants were able to chat with pilots who were living life on the line. Good to hear the interview experience went well! Any HOU guys on here? Is it a small base or a senior base or both? I’m typed and current on the Lear 45 and the phenom 300 with around 3600 hours so I’d love to get on over there but it doesn’t seem like any vacancies are ever posted down here.
