The average is 4-600/yr but more on the lower end as a first year fo. Especially if you don’t get a sim date right away. If you come in at 1000 hours it will take 2 years to upgrade.

Just to clarify-
2 years to the 350, 3 years for the Phenom 100 which requires 2500 TT for the reduced minimums if you pass the upgrade review

Default Pilot Open House @ MKC

Aviators,

I hope things are well following the busy Memorial Day weekend.

We are hosting a Pilot Open House here in Kansas City @ MKC on Friday, June 15th from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

The address is:
1001 NW Lou Holland Drive,
Kansas City, MO 64116

Executive AirShare is always seeking service-oriented, customer focused and safety conscious candidates to join our growing team. Currently, our immediate focus is on Phenom 100 PIC's for our MKC base. We hire Direct Entry Captains for the Phenom 100 at 3500TT, with 500 multi-turbine, no type required. We will have a portion of the hangar reserved for a static display and provide complimentary drinks, snacks, and pilot stories.

Hello, EAS Recruiter, it was great to meet you in person yesterday. I was the one from DFW. Was it the Open House going on today? I hope it went well. Thanks again for the ride to the big airport after the interview. Lunch with management was enjoyable, too. And yes, this post is not just for you but for anyone wanting information on the Exec AirShare interview process. The 1-2 week wait for an answer is gonna kill me, but it was a pleasant, well put-together experience.

Good morning Higgop! The MKC Open House went well on Friday. We had the chance to meet some great people and gave them a tour of our facilities and aircraft. We had quite a few pilots through for recurrent training, so it worked out well as the applicants were able to chat with pilots who were living life on the line. Good to hear the interview experience went well! We know interviews can be a bit stressful and nerve racking, so we try to make sure you're comfortable throughout the day by taking care of the little things like a shuttle and lunch, so you can focus on the task at hand. Feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions.

Hello Tyler! Yep, certainly more enjoyable than other interview processes. Sure hoping the official word comes from ya'll soon, and that it is a good one!

Any HOU guys on here? Is it a small base or a senior base or both? I’m typed and current on the Lear 45 and the phenom 300 with around 3600 hours so I’d love to get on over there but it doesn’t seem like any vacancies are ever posted down here.
