Bravo....Bravo......Now get back to work and quit trolling!
I was surprised to see the nature of some of the discussion here since I've been off for a few weeks.
In my humble opinion, I do not believe that our turnover is a direct reflection on the quality of this workplace in anyway. People always move on, and seek improved employment over the course(s) of their career. For those of you that use that as a weapon, please remember that those individuals were able to better themselves and their piloting resume(s) by having great experience here. All the aforementioned pilots that left EAS, left for extraordinarily privilaged positions that they all earned and deserve. We are happy and enthuisactic about their progression.
EAS is a young company, that has normal young company growing pains. Things are improving; albeit slowly, however at a pace in which the company can adjust and adapt. We pride ourselves primarily on being good people and great friends, to best improve the nature of our work experience.
Just my ten cents.

I'm typed in the Phenom 100, and recently found out the one I fly is being sold. I'm based at White Plains, and I heard you guys have a base in Buffalo - do you think they have room for a typed captain with 300 Phenom PIC hours? If so, could you please PM me the CP's email address? Thanks!

I went to KC yesterday to meet the folks at EAS. I was so impressed. I am extremely hopeful to get the call and make EAS my new work home. Thanks RI830 for all your help. I'm sure I wouldn't have even got the call without you. If anybody has any questions about the interview, I'm glad to help anyway I can. The gouge on this thread is pretty accurate. Best of luck to anyone interested in working here.

no need for congrats just yet, I am eagerly awaiting "the" call to see if I got the job. I understand it usually takes a few weeks in order to make a final selection. That being said, I am extremely hopeful to be selected to join the team, it seems like a great place to be.

I also interviewed out in KC yesterday and had nothing but nice things to say about the facility, equipment, and the people working there. The op has a new car smell and a sense of being busy. I say busy with an air of cautiousness to jumping into a market which they are new too (as in a new base or city). This is a good thing in this economy to not overindulge in an alien market and stretch yourself thin financially. I was there with several 121 airline refugees and it is nice to see a 135/91 outfit recognize that while we might not corporate vets, we are trainable and safe pilots none the less ! I am excited and hopeful we all get offers. The ExecAS folks on here (and in KC) are class acts, and I want to thank them publicly for being open and very helpful.
