I had the pleasure of taxiing by the Executive AirShare hangar in BUF. Looks like a nice place! No aircraft were there, hopefully because they're so busy

BUF and MKC are our two nicest bases. They just revamped the entire hangar at BUF. It's unbelievable inside.
No Airplanes!!!! Busy day on BUF

it is 6 hard days off.....anything above 20 days is paid at bonus. The company tracks to work guys an avg of 18 days a month. With that you will have 6 Hard Days off and an additional 6 Standby at home days.

I am on track for working 14 days this month.

How many aircraft do you have?
Are you adding to the fleet. I just applied yesterday.

8- Beechjets
5- C90's
5- 350's
14- Phenom 100's
5- Phenom 300's

We took delivery of our newest Phenom 100 about 3 weeks ago. I know there are other birds that are planned to come aboard, but I will have to check on when they are due.
Also a covey of other managed birds on our "Managed" side. Our pilots can move over to a managed airplane as the positions open up.

Please pm me so I can get you my email address and you can email me your resume.

Cheers

I was surprised to see the nature of some of the discussion here since I've been off for a few weeks.

In my humble opinion, I do not believe that our turnover is a direct reflection on the quality of this workplace in anyway. People always move on, and seek improved employment over the course(s) of their career. For those of you that use that as a weapon, please remember that those individuals were able to better themselves and their piloting resume(s) by having great experience here. All the aforementioned pilots that left EAS, left for extraordinarily privilaged positions that they all earned and deserve. We are happy and enthuisactic about their progression.

EAS is a young company, that has normal young company growing pains. Things are improving; albeit slowly, however at a pace in which the company can adjust and adapt. We pride ourselves primarily on being good people and great friends, to best improve the nature of our work experience.

Just my ten cents.
