MiGBoy does work at EAS despite our attempts to run him off!
Kidding.......MiGBoy is one of our many great guys here.....he was the one who helped me out when I was researching EAS. Keep an eye on him at all time.....he's a managed pilot! Haha

The interview was a great experience. Very nice facility in MKC...very impressed to say the least. The EAS team makes the experience very comfortable and laid back. They just want you to be yourself and get to know you and if you would be a good fit for the company. The gouge information on here is still very accurate. The first thing we did was take a tour of the facility and then an hour presentation on the history of EAS and where they are moving as a company in the future. After that we had the interviews: 2 on 1 (Chief pilot and pilot), 1 on 1 (pilot), and 1 on 1 (HR). A lot of the questions centered around me (prior 121) was the customer service aspect. Having direct interaction with the clients/owners, it is important to be able to show that you not only have excellent customer service skills, but that you will go above and beyond and can handle problems as they arise. There was a 26 question test, some questions were pretty tough and you had to think about them for a bit. I know I got a few wrong as I went back and looked up the answers last night. So at the very least I learned some new things. After everyone was done (4 of us interviewing), we all sat and had lunch together and then headed home (or work in my case). Of the four of us interviewing: 3 are 121 and 1 was corporate/fractional. EAS is a company that is growing and has a lot of opportunity to move up quickly within the company. I am definitely very pleased to at least have had the opportunity to interview, but now its time to sit and wait. They told us about a couple of weeks...which seems to be very accurate from previous posts on here. Just wanted to thank RI again for all his help. Things certainly moved very quickly for me from the time I sent him my stuff until the interview. Roughly 1 1/2 weeks, but I'm pretty certain I just happened to be in the right place at the right time. Feel free to ask me any other questions about my experience...would be happy to answer them.

I was looking at their application and it says it requires a referral name and a company. Do you have to have a referral? Also is it asking for the company that referral works for or the one i work for? Sorry for the dumb questions.
