The training department does an exceptional job in training candidates. I personally believe the people that don’t make it, don’t deserve to be here. They simply don’t have the skills, not do to our training department. I agree something has to change so we can recruit better candidates.

I have the lowest expectations of this management group possible... I have the lowest expectations of the NMB possible... even I think there will be something to vote on by year’s end... they want 25 people per class times 2 classes a month starting this summer... they’re not gonna get 12 people the whole month if something doesn’t change... they want to make money... they need asses in classes... SOMETHING has to change

I get junior man calls every day I’m off... if they’re this behind in February, imagine this summer... don’t do JAs... let them cancel flights... they need to get people to show up before 2 year upgrades are even close to happening... when they inevitably have a meltdown again, enjoy your day off... stop saying NO MORE then doing more
