You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Way to troll. This place is anything but a revolving door, if you bother to scroll back a few pages you will see where we only lose about 4-6 guys a month and that includes retirements, hardly a mass exodus. We have one of the most unified groups I've had the pleasure of working with and we had the highest approval percentage in ALPA history when electing them to represent us. We've been doing absolutely everything we need to, to improve pay and QOL here at the fastest pace aloud by the railway labor act. Sorry if it's not fast enough for you but considering we're already nearing the end of scheduled mediation and our contract has only been amendable since March, I'd say they're doing a d@mn fine job! Feel free to stay at your regional airline with that attitude, let us know how the staple turns out.
That's because is not that easy to get the call. I guarantee you there are a ton of pilots with apps out there. Granted we are all working for an industry standard but let's not kid our selves. We are no United/Delta/AA/SWA.

At the current pay rates that's understandable and expected. However, it was implied that our pilots are more concerned with shiny new jets and the latest base awards than getting a new contract. That was an ignorant statement from someone who obviously has very little experience with the railway labor act. The pilots here are very aware of how our contract stacks up against our peers. We are doing everything in our power to change that.

YGBFKM, The bid results?
This is the reason this place is a revolving door. Worried about routes and bids and such rather than securing a new CBA. I have actually heard Frontier pilots crowing about getting paid less because they felt this put them at an advantage when the next downturn arrived. Neat paint jobs, new BIG airplanes and seniority advancement don't make for a career. Mostl of the folks i work with who were once interested here have said "no thanks," don't want to fly with people who cannot see and fix their problems. I realize they have voted to authorize a strike, still a LOONG way from that scenario. Jeese.

wonder how this is gonna shake out. Must've made the negotiations interesting this round. Can't wait to get the notes.

You can see it under the Majors forum. It has the Frontier prefix but isn't showing up in the Frontier forum, weird.
Already heard this story from a few people, they said his wife has already "divorced" him on Facebook. Seems to be legitimate.
