What’s the latest? Thought your AIP was right around the corner? Hope y’all get a contract ya deserve ASAP. Long overdue! Then us JB pukes will be the bottom feeders! Shameful our management teams only care about padding their wallets while ignoring their front line employees... Corporate greed at its finest!

I assure you JetBlue’s management is like a fart in a category 5 hurricane compared to indigo... if you’re complaining about JB, you’d probably go bald and gray after a week here... I’d kill for JB management...

Do you fill out weekly grievances?
Do you stay at the best western airport?
Do your fourth year airbus fo’s make almost as our fourth year airbus captains?

Let me put it like this... there are zero pilots at JetBlue looking at coming to Frontier... the opposite can not be said for Frontier pilots... you’re on the gravy train compared to our smoldering dumpster fire

And we will get a nickel out of this management team not one instant sooner than it is absolutely and completely necessary for them to give up said nickel... that time does not appear to be any time soon

So the latest email from the union leads me to believe that we are coming to an official end of mediation. I don't see the company bringing anything close to our ask this month. Just more bs concessions and additional pay rate reductions.

Any bets on the NMB taking our case to the DOT to see if a strike will materially affect commerce? Hence moving us a step closer to being released. I can't see the NMB dragging this along any further.

Exactly.

There is zero reason not to proffer arbitration and begin the 30 day cooling off period. Frontier management does not live in the real world.

In my opinion, they feel their best deal will be made at midnight before your strike begins.

Your position is strong and more than fair.

All of your fellow pilots stand with you.

I don't know what has everybody all excited about that union email. All I got out of it was that the NMB has us by the short hairs. We can proffer arbitration all we want and it means diddly squat

"While it considers the parties' input regarding a release from mediation, the NMB makes the final determination as to whether it will keep the parties in mediation or proffer arbitration."

So yeah.... I'll get the contract 2020 lanyards printed up.

I bet that the next mediation will again be “productive”. Since progress was made another “final” mediation will be scheduled. If no agreement comes out of that meeting then off to the DOT.

If the company stands firm on PBS, and slowly walks back some of their ridiculous work rule proposals, then yes I can see this going into the summer. Most likely, that is their strategy at the moment. They'd be fools to walk into the next session with some new off the wall proposal, or standing firm on their last offer.

Luckily, our MEC and LEC will all be in attendance to inform them of where they can shove it.

This is what I see happening. The company isn't stupid. Make a little progress and get another session scheduled. Repeat.
