I agree. Better analogy than what I said.

I like the Hockey analogy better too.

This is definitely OT1.

I want Forsberg, Sakic, and, most importantly, Uwe Krupp on the Ice for us.

But if it goes shootout, I want T.J. Oshie, T.J. Ohie, and T.J. Oshie

You are laughed at by the rest of the industry and it says a lot about you that you CHOOSE to work at F9. It says a lot about your self esteem. Have a good night and don't forget to pick those food stamps up to feed your family while you fly that bus around. Congrats for being the laughing stock of airline pilots.

Also: this seems arbitrary, but does apply to me. AS vs NK rates

CA 12 yr: 251 vs 242* (AS $11 or 3.7 % more than NK)

FO 5 yr: 147 vs 128* (AS $19 or 14.8% more than NK)

I hope the F9 FO's at this longevity don't see this kind of disparity too.

*2% 321 override added.
The company isn’t even asking for Alaska rates so unless pigs fly over a frozen hell, there’s no way we can do better... I’m just saying neither side would ever accept binding arbitration... I’ll take $240 an hour with some of our work rules and a complete overhaul of scope, retirement and insurance...

What probably speaks even more volume to an individuals self esteem than remaining employed at a an airline that has fallen behind in compensation is someone who feels the need to rub their own compensation in the face of others. Are you not be getting the satisfaction out of your new job and high compensation that you thought you would? Does pointing out the current inferiority of others positions relative to your own help fill that void? You must be young to not have experienced how quickly the industry can change, but in time you will, that is if you can still hold a medical. Which in your case seems unlikely. Being such a giant jerkoff the day will come when someone pulls what I can only imagine are reflective lens aviators off your face and jams them up your ass. Do you think the doctors at AMAS will draw straws to decide who gets to help the anal trauma case get his medical back?

ATP minimums now for hiring! We're competing with Great Lakes, Silver, and Mesa for new hires now. Why go to Silver to get experience to flow up to Frontier when you can go straight to Frontier with the same resume? 😂

Let's hope this contract gets done quickly so that we're at least able to attract pilots with turbine experience. Seminole to Airbus is a pretty big jump. Captains will all effectively be check airman.

How long before signing bonuses are implemented?
