All Im doing is pointing out the fact that the statment that “Omni new TA is almost legacy rates” is completely false. If you want to compare there 777 rates to Legacy narrow body rates just on an hourly rate bases then yeh those two numbers are close. But lets compare 777 rates to 777 rates. Lets look at the fact that Omni only gets 60 credit hours a month and they work 18-20 days a month to get 60 hours. lets look at duty and trip regs. Lets look at benefits such as medical and retirement. When all those things come into factor Omni’s new TA rate is at least 40% less than legacy rates.

Nothing. I know they had to negotiate over the weekend, which wasn’t scheduled. So hopefully we hear something tomorrow.

Except we apparently TA'd our LTD, minus the own occupation wording. So it's the same LTD we have now, but with higher benefit payments?

Someone please please tell me I'm mistaken?

All of this should have been finished years ago. Why does it take a month to meet again with the NMB every single time!?!? Another win for Indigo as it’s another 30 days of no cooling off period.

Just curious, who are you directing that at? You do understand how the process works, right? We don’t “get released” we request a proffer and the NMB makes the ultimate decision. Until the NMB decides to proffer the case, we keep meeting and making progress where we can.
Continuing to scream “RELEASE US!!!” like a petulant child does nothing to move the process forward. Maybe the usual suspects on here and facebook could stop *****ing and moaning, get off their asses and volunteer. The MEC continues to beg for volunteers, but you’d rather sit here in the cheap seats and play Monday morning QB. If you have it all figured out, why don’t you reach out to the NMB and get us released, since it is just that easy.
