I just want to make sure I'm all up to speed.
A month ago PBS was a non starter.
Now it looks like your not only gonna get a TA with PBS but even better the language is still gonna be up for discussion...
If that is true you guys are in trouble.
Maybe I missed something.

hypocrite?, only 9 characters, but is it close to what you were shooting for?
Yep, I'm a great big one! I fully admit.
But I would like to replace "scaredy cats" with the following:
Too many people simply lack the intestinal fortitude required to see this thing through.

Well, since you have mentioned you are mid-level seniority you should be bringing up what you would make monthly as a Captain. You’d be getting paid under the GUTTED section of the pay scale (years 2-11).
Point being if you disregard year 12 pay and only look at the years leading up to and including 11, it looks considerably worse! The far majority of voting pilots will not see year 12 during the course of the 5 year contract. You and they are really taking it in the shorts.

Let’s be honest here. The pilots who are not on 12 year pay all came to Frontier after the Republic debacle and indigo purchase. You guys didn’t hit a hiring spree till what...2014 or so? At that time a lot of other airlines started ramping up hiring as well. Frontier has already become a less desirable place at that point AND there were other options. If you were hired in that wave it’s because you didn’t get a call from United or southwest, or had no PIC time or whatever. If you are one of these people and, for example, don’t have a 4 year degree. Maybe you should thank your lucky stars you are about to make over $200k per year as a captain with only 5 years of seniority..

The pilots hired from 2014 through 2017 are MFGA. Standardization and professionalism are at an all time high. We cannot make up for the mistakes of the past but we can finally get out from under a bankrupt CBA and hopefully out from under Indigo. A no vote will only prolong the process without any real benefit. The money and retirement lost will never be regained. The next person to go out on LTD could be YOU. Time to start making good decisions. Attend a road show, be open minded and look at the facts.
“A no vote will only prolong the process”
So your a yes vote without seeing the whole package? That’s just as bad as a straight no without seeing it. Maybe worse.
