Our management is very good a fixing ‘todays problem’ and I imagine our current hiring numbers are ringing alarm bells in HQ. The regionals proved it in 2015 (with signing bonus and doubled year one pay)
Current crews benefit from Premium OT and we get back to being a rapidly growing carrier. It’s much cheaper than canceling flights, and the folks in charge fully understand that.

Untill they decide that it is worth it... but I certainly wouldn't count on a Cali base
