Also, I've been running with an electronic logbook for some time now. Signatures from all previous DPEs are requested for all check rides we've done. Would our PRIA be what they're looking for in this regard, or have people been tracking down their past DPEs and getting copies from them or the FSDO?

Thanks guys.
Bring your original if you started with a physical and a print out of your electronic. - complete. They will want to see ALL and print out of your electronic with all check rides tabbed. They want to see the endorsements from your instructors signing you off for check rides. As for DPE specific ones, I don't know about those but you would not track down the DPE's you can get a copy of your FAA record that shows all your check ride paper work. You don't need to go to FSDO - you can request online through the FAA. So perhaps you get that and bring it as well. Just make it so they can clearly see everything and organized. You will need this for any airline interview.

As your LOR - yes if you have any current LOR's bring them.

Wonderful, thank you. I’ll continue pressing on with all this.

Default Training footprint

Hey guys I’m just curious as what the training footprint is?

Can either MCO or ATL be expected out of training, if so how long to hold a line or LC for either one of those?

Someone else can probably give you a better answer but...

Training can take up to 90 days. The vast majority is done in Denver. We do a small amount of Sims in Miami.

ATL and MCO are possible to get either right out of training or very soon afterwards. I don't know how long to get off reserve. Maybe 1 year in MCO?

One year to get off reserve in MCO? Damn, you could be a reserve captain at Delta in that time.

Not trying to be snarky or difficult, but asking for predictions on anything in the foreseeable future here at F9 or over at NK is a waste of time.

Upcoming base openings and closings, merger dickery and other changes leave the future in a truly unpredictable state. If you want to work here at F9 or NK, or just want an A320 type, come on over and give it a try, you might like it. If coming to F9 or NK is based on a specific set of conditions whether it be bases, length of reserve, time to upgrade, etc., then you're probably going to be disappointed.

This x1000. A bunch of people started class at F9 and NK in March of 2020, they all thought they’d get the base and line they wanted in a few short months…
