There is a 20 question written first thing in the morning. I went through the Sheppard Air questions twice and did very well on the test.

Default Logbooks for Interview

Any specific info on what is required in regards to logbook endorsements for the interview logbook review. The confirmation I received states to have all checks/endorsements in logbook tabbed for review. Here's my issue/question: starting w/ my ATP all checks/types/recurrent etc... where done at either FlightSafety or CAE. I have all Records of Training from FSI (ATP, two types, multiple recurrents, etc...); I do not have any records from CAE (one Type and one recurrent). I contacted CAE and was told its been too long ago and they've purged my records. My first question is: will Frontier accept ROTs/are the even necessary; my second question is: if I don't have the ROT for one type/recurrent will that be a problem? Aside from this, my logbooks are in good order.

My interview was in 2020 so it may differ a bit now but I had the same issue and over earmarked my logbook with every type/recurrent I had accomplished up to that point. They did mention “each checkride” after all. However, when I went to the interview it was more in line with each Primary training, ATP, and type ride. Recurrents and stage checks were overkill. I did not bring any CAE ROT info. For reference I was 7000 hours, 4 types with around 15-20 293/299 checks in there.

All of this logbook check stuff was in reference to build up to the the questions of any checkride failures or past transgressions to explain, which aircraft had I flown the most, and would I be comfortable in a 200,000lb Airbus. Oui or No?

Don’t take this as gospel of truth for your interview but simply as a guide from my experience. Good luck!

The interview invite lists options, they're all within a few feet of each other and about a 5 min walk to HQ. That being said, a lot book the Courtyard. Good luck on the interview.

I also had some FSI checks without documentation, my logbook also did not contain simulator time (just how my logbook company operates), so I simply added a 'notes' page to the logbook with dates of the checks with the SIM # and examiner number that I had and the actual temp/paper certificate from check rides, it didnt seem to be a problem. Also, since I did not have sim time in the book, I did not have any recurrents but you could also add that to your notes page, just sign and date like normal. Basically, when they review it, and they do a pretty deep dive of the book, they shouldn't have to wonder about anything and it all make sense. All this to say, Stayontarget was spot on. Good luck on the interview.

I read the provided training hotel is the Courtyard Marriott next to the same place where interviews are conducted. Is this the same building where training is done? The sims aren't in that area so wondering if the hotel changes during sim training, transportation is provided or I got it wrong.
