I’m in Indoc right now and yes they do send you some materials a few days ahead of time. It certainly wouldn’t hurt to look them over but definitely not required.

I received a religious exemption within 1 business day of submitting the exemption form. Part of as to why I'm coming here. I love F9 in that regard. They honored it right away and issued me an exemption. Something no one else does and if they do they're like a F!@#$%G Karen about and investigate it to the fullest i.e. DAL, B6, UAL. What ever happened to my body, my choice! SMH!

Default New hire

Just got a CJO at F9 last week. Currently been at my regional for 4 months and deciding to jump or not. I clicked back about 50 pages and couldn’t quite find my answer. My question is, I see everyone saying classes of 45 people with only X amount left. Is this due to people washing out or people jumping for legacy?

very few wash out. F9 has a great training dept in-spite of its current leader. The last two months attrition has slowed a little. Around 20 per month. We had some months with 30ish leave. Loads are good, People (passengers) seem to be living life this summer probably because we have freedom again. The horrible economy and inflation will catch up soon. I personally would not want to switch to a legacy right now. When travel does slow they will be the ones most effected. We will be fine if not even grow.

Im not sure about wash out rates... Currently in class right now, but it is by far easier than my old regional. The instructors and people are great... No complaints so far, really enjoying it. Not as stressful as I thought it would be. (yet)

If your aviation experience is limited to four months of 121 then yes, of course you should leave. That's crazy to think you're considering staying at a regional.

Amazing times.

I disagree with the poster above. If you have the option of a Legacy, (or FedEx/UPS) jump on it. Yes, you might get furloughed, but once you get that seniority number stamped on your forehead, you are set.
