I got an interview without attending a MTC event. It definitely happens, but it was about 2 months of waiting after applying. From what I’ve gathered, attending a MTC will garner immediate attention from the hiring department.

Apparently! I expected at least several months of waiting, and was trying to work a MTC event into my schedule to expedite the process. Growth is good though, and I’m certainly happy to get the opportunity sooner than expected.

I put in my app 2 months ago and registered to attend the MTC in September. Today I got the TBNT and to try again in six months. Do you think they would reconsider in less than one months time if I attend the MTC? I plan to go anyways but I'm just wondering if it's a shot in the dark or if they would actually reconsider
