What is a competitive time for people getting interviews? If it helps I have a four year degree.
I’d get the application in as soon as you get the ATP restriction removed if you’re a 1500 hour guy. If you check any diversity boxes, apply now.

I also just finished my LOE with the regionals and got the application in at the airlineapps (waiting dor the IOE). I haven't done any resume review yet. I registered for the MTC event in Orlando. I really just want to talk to them, ask few questions about the company, ask what can I do in the future to be considered as an FO ect. I am aware I still don't have enough jet time/multi time (I just have standard 25 ME). I have 2500 TT (all SE piston), no checkride failures, still contract for one of their partner school.
My question is: Is MTC more like an interview? Should I study anything before I talk to them? What is the process? I don't want to go there just to talk with them and end up getting the TBNT.

never went to MTC but I know people with less than 100hrs turbine who were hired. The 1000 multi is not a requirement

Good to know! I was just wondering if the MTC is more like a interview where you can get a TBNT? Or is it just casual conversation and resume review so they can select candidates and then proceed with the proper interview? I just don't know if I should study anything before I go there.
sorry if these questions are obvious for you. It's my first MTC event.

You'll get a presentation on the company for an hour or so then everyone gets 5-10 minutes of one on one time with a recruiter. Have a good but not too rehearsed answer to "why frontier?". Other than that most of the questions will be based off your resume going through your experience/history. Overall it's pretty low threat, there's not much you can prepare for. Just be yourself and show them you want to be there. As far as I know, there are no TBNTs from MTC events, you just won't hear anything. If things go well, it'll be anywhere from a couple of hours to a couple of weeks to get the outmatch assessment.

Quick question, how far out do they seem to be ok with sending CJO's or doing interviews as far as availability? Asking because I am about 9 months from meeting the age requirement for ATP but have a competitive amount of hours now.

I got an interview invite with an RATP. I would just go ahead and apply. I did have a strong LOR so idk how much that played into the invite

they won’t interview without a restricted or full ATP.

This isn’t true. They have hired pilots with no jet time and no ATP in the not so distant past. They met other partnership requirements (Embry, etc), but there are several folks who have shown up to classes still needing an ATP.
