supposed to be month on/month off but right now it’s more time in the sim vs on the line. It’s reasonably flexible though.

Of course they get a fee. Nobody works for free. They are like a head hunter for pilots. A lot of US pilots used these companies to get jobs in China during the “big recession” I think they get about 10 percent . Not sure if the company pays it or pilot.

Just wear a suit and bring a resume. Be prepared to talk about yourself and answer “why Frontier?” I think the day after interviews are a new thing this month so there’s probably not a gouge on them. I’d guess it’s the same format as the regular interviews though.

You know F9 is going to do anything and everything they legally can to keep pilot compensation as low as possible.

Just the fact alone that they have now paid for hotels, along with not one, but TWO bumps in first year pay in the last 8 months proves my point that they will NOT be able to lowball the pilot group this time around.

This isn't 2018 anymore! No longer will those tactics work.

I think you'll find at least from Canada, anyone considering a move to the USA is doing it FOR the money and future earning potential. I know a number of pilots who made pretty decent money by Canadian standards (250k+) at Air Canada all wanting to move to the USA. I can't speak for the other nationalities listed though and what their motivations would be.
