You sure he got an email? When I sat down for the one on one the guy told me to expect an email but not necessary for the next day. He said that I have to do other stuff like personality test then head to Denver for the one on one.

I see, so what does that mean for everyone else? Do we just wait for an email in the next few days? Not really familiar on how the MTC event works. Do we get a thanks no thanks email? Or a expect further instructions? Sorry for all these questions just trying to make a move. Lol

Well if the recruiter liked what he/she saw and you meet mins then that triggers an application review by HR. If that checks out then an email to take the assessment usually makes it out in the 24-48 hour period following the event.

Can anyone tell me when I’m “competitive” I’m just about to get off of IOE at my regional and I have a 4 year degree. I don’t want to get shot down and have to wait 6 months to apply.
I heard 100-200 hours is competitive but I just wanted to know from what you guys are seeing

Got 1500 hours? Apply. But you got to convince them at the interview you're going to stay.
