Hiring / training

Hi! about 6 days ago I've received an email to schedule my interview with proposed interview dates. I don't know my schedule for the next month yet, it will probably take few more days. Does the link to schedule your interview has any expiration date? Is there any person I could email to explain them my situation?
Thank you.
Thank you.
I’m guessing it doesn’t expire. I opened those links multiple times over the span of weeks. And when I went to sign up for October, the scheduler form still only had all the September dates on it. Since you input your preferred days instead of clicking a a huddle calendar, I assume it just dumps your text entries like a Google form?

Or you could drop it right here as I am also curious about the process. I found another post somewhere else and the person said HR will give you the form. But that was all it said.

The form itself has two provisions, medical or religious.
Medical includes an accommodation due to disability, or an accommodation due to pregnancy/childbirth. Either option requires the applicant to fill out a short questionnaire about the medical reasoning and then a Doctor must sign off and attest to the validity of the medical request.
Religious accommodation is a short questionnaire for the applicant to detail their religious beliefs and how the vax conflicts with their religion, etc.
Then turn it in and wait for approval. Don’t ask what the approval rate is, I have no idea.

It’s pretty straightforward; when you sign in on interview day you indicate whether or not you’re vaccinated. It doesn’t come up during the actual interview, but if you’re successful, you’ll stick around to do fingerprints/drug test/badge photo type stuff with compliance/hr personnel. Somebody at some point will casually mention the vax and offer the form “if you need it”. Expect to be told that the company prefers you get vaxxed, but they don’t care which one you get, and boosters are not required.
