What is the new hire failure rate? I'm in the pool.

Just got done a couple weeks ago. I wouldn’t sweat it. Excellent instruction overall, and as always cooperate to graduate.

I will say, the folks who were struggling were almost exclusively 135/91 guys. Prior 121 folks had almost zero issues across the board. Even the true skyhawk cadets seemed to do just fine. My guess is, the failure rate is way up now that the company has to hire 91/135 guys as prior 121 folks stay at their regionals.

I think most of the pilots they are hiring now are 91/135

It isn't super dramatic, but there has been a noticeable increase the last few years. Recently, there has been an uptick in former NK pilots having trouble.

All that being said, it is still great training and no one is out to get you.

Former NK guys having trouble is surprising, I always thought their bus training was one of the shortest and most unforgiving (4-5sims). Must be all the very low experience guys who weren't qualified for legacies?

I dont have the answers for either but I would think it’s necessary to distinguish between a withdrawal and a fail. Pretty big difference there.

Attrition looks to be on the rise again.. I wonder if we'll hit 40 in March. My # has gone up considerably.

Right. It's been rapid this month.
