I'm curious about the LAS base. Roughly how long does it take to get it out of training? Is it senior or junior? Im a west coast guy who can't move due to circumstances, so LAS would be desirable for me. I realize I'd have a hellish commute until then. Any info is appreciated.

The last new hire class had 4 LAS awards.

That being said, I would say for the immediate future most pilots will be based MIA.

According to several news outlets (take that for what it's worth...) there will only be "30 pilots" based in Miami. I would assume that's 15 FOs and 15 CAs? If recruiting hits their numbers, that's not even half of one class, if it goes super junior...unless I'm missing something?

According to those same "journalists", we are also going back to Canada. My guess is thirty crews, meaning 60 pilots and a few hundred stews based on absolutely no knowledge or experience of anything aviation related, ever.

All bases have started with that initial number, it will boot up to 100 crews over time.

You’ll be able to hold anywhere within a few months. As a CA only Denver is off the table...
