Yeah, because people who have confidence in a company like to sell at all-time lows. The man has insider info, and you're justifying his significant sales of ULCC stock at the bottom.
F9 will lead the US market in 2 years time. Just wait for aero's and spoold's spin on how this is an advantage of the ULCC model. ULCC will become world overlords, and aero and spoold will laugh about how right they were. Recession means ULCC does well.... rihgt? rIgHt? RIGHT?

Im seeing that an insider has to wait 90 days to sell. Or can sell two days after quarterly results.

Nowhere in the universe of universes will an owner desire share price to go lower. Nobody is "suppressing the price" etc.
Price drops because people are selling, including major Wall Street investors are previously believed in the company.
Barry sold at 10 because Barry did not want to sell at 5.

The bulk of BB’s pay is in company stock. Realistically he took about a 50% pay cut in the last 3-4 months. People want to over analyze when he sells a bunch of stock but that’s just how he is paid.
