Except his boss is just as incompetent. BF is a lot of things but incompetent is not one of them. How he’s let BB continue to be the ceo is beyond me. The demand is there. The customers are there. The routes are there. Yet our execution is the exact opposite of what it should be. ITS SO OBVIOUS.

About to become captains too? It’s been happening for more than 12 months. Not at the rate as FO’s, but CA’s are absolutely leaving. Met a current DL pilot the other day, left F9 within the last year as an 8 year CA at F9.

Allegiant guys have been saying the same thing. How’s it working out over there?
BF recently said the good thing with all the airbuses indigo has on order is that they’re flexible with how they choose to allocate them… ie all the airbuses we have on order that were touted to us in our interview are by no means a guarantee. anyone expecting a quick contract because all the planes we are planned to get are naive and choosing to believe a comfortable fantasy rather the ugly truth of a long and ugly contract process

Not drawing any conclusions, by any means. I’m just pointing it out.
If I remember correctly WIZZ was receiving the largest number of aircraft out of all the airlines owned by Indigo. F9 was second largest.

there has been some. I know some personally that have left. I know some more who are going. The percentage of CA to FO was small but is starting to pick up. July’s resignations looked like it was about 1/3 CA’s and I think it will continue to climb. B and B just made it obvious they have no real intention of giving us a good contract. They come out of the gate attacking the couple little QOL options we currently have. Just wait until they try to get junior manning back. They already manipulate the hell out of the poorly written CBA.
