At this point, I would rather wait out and see what other carriers are asking... Right now, Looking like a top end NB CA rate of aboutttttttt 425ish? not bad.

I have no idea how it works, I dont know how any of this works. But I want 3-4 years of snap up/MRA. I believe Alaska got 2 years in their previous one.

I guess you could go 4% or MRA whichever is higher but nobody has that in perpetuity.

Maybe just a rumor that is going around since there is no comms yet, but I heard apparently we didn't even have a mediation session and we are on ice from the mediator until we get our union ducks in a row and stop the infighting?? Can anyone verify this? This is complete BS if true.
