-Tell investors how well we are doing on working towards building our brand goals in 2024 which they hired new execs and stuff for.
-Let the investors know that the cadet program is a super success and contracts have started and going as planned, which will still take "a few years, so its a non issue"
-Explain how well our performance was over the Q4 (which it was really good compared to earlier in the year, I am honestly happy for that. Even if not perfect)
-Let them know they have "no thoughts" about the spirit/JB issue.
-We either lost ~15m or profited ~15m.
-How well our crews are enjoying the news about day turns and new smaller bases even though it involves displacing people 2-3 time zones.
We will see.

Here’s an interesting tidbit. Heard that All MX will be going in house in LAS beginning March 2024. Current contract guys have preferential interviews to be hired.
DFW is also ALL F9 employed mechanics.
Does anyone know if this is a new strategy or just the fact that farming everything out just doesn’t really work?

If the process itself doesn’t change, then we are playing the same song in a different instrument.

Definitely a step in the right direction, but if it’s the same mechanics, having to follow the same processes, what has actually changed? Will they have access to the proper tech manuals (instead of having to call someone and be talked through a MCDU procedure)? Will they still have to email a picture of the logbook to MCC and wait for the emerald palace to do their part?

If they are brought in house......

Give me a break, I spelled "gate" right one out of two times. Coincidentally that 50% is similar to many of our daily performance metrics. Good enough for thee, good enough for me!
