Default New-hire Training Contract

Just got an email (in the pilot pool) that F9 will now have new-hires sign a training contract.

2 year contract. Repayment cost for leaving before 2 years of $59,190.

Easy for me to say since I am not in your shoes but this would quickly change my opinion from a WTF (welcome to F9) to a GFY.

Dont worry, I've already started somewhere else. I just so happen to also still be in the F9 pool, so I keep getting their emails.

Excellent work…unless it’s Spirit. Then sorry again.

The 190 is hilarious!!!! No doubt BL came up with that number. Good grief.

Huh?

So is it a bonus or a training contract?

The way I understand it is it’s a training contract. Bonuses are gone. This just means that if you leave in less than two years F9 wants some of the money they spent on your training back. They are going back to their 2017 ways.

They went from bribery to extortion. Pretty standard stuff.
