I'm trying to update my application and have a new resume to upload. Any way to delete the current resume on file to upload the new one?

If you want an interview go to a job fair. Classes through most of the year and a possible pause next year till some more planes come but with the amount of planes scheduled to come online there will be hiring for years to come.

Yeah, do an online app and then go to a job fair and let them know you've already applied online.

Class will run every month for the rest of the year, and then a "slow down" from Jan to June as there is a lull in aircraft deliveries and a few lease returns. Starting next summer I expect significant hiring and upgrades as there are now 103 airplanes on order

I know it's probably already been discussed, but what percentage of those are growth vs replacement airframes?

Starting next summer, it'll be a lot of growth. We loose 10 of our 319s in 2016, and get 16 new planes. Lots of new planes in 2017. I think most, if not all of the 319s in the fleet today will be returned. Most of the 320s should stick around. 103 airplanes on order. 56 currently in the fleet
