Can anyone verify that at least some or most of this is correct.
I would hate to be one of those guys, but I will.... Make it easier on yourself and listen to the instructors here. Don't study anything prior to showing to class. This is the best training I have ever had. They know what they are doing. They introduce everything at the appropriate time. We have a different bus setup than any other operator. I have been through multiple airline, corporate and other training programs in my history. I never looked at one thing prior to showing up day one and this was the easiest training I ever did. Not because they just push you through. It is because the program is set up the correct way. They know what they are doing. Relax and enjoy your ne t few weeks of freedom. Come here ready to work. Hope this helps.

$$$by the way, yes we will be actually negative aircraft early next year. We return more aircraft early 2016 than we replace. Not for long. Only about two to three months. Than we will be accepting a large amount for the rest of the year being 10 or more airframes positive. Slowdown will only last a very short time, if at all. Orders always change and the company is definitely looking for more aircraft still. I would be shocked if the slowdown is extremely short to never actually happening. Time will tell.

I'm glad you answered my question with that answer. I will do exactly that and enjoy the last week. Thanks a lot!

I use it in class every day. Most is good. If a couple things are off, you will hammer those out quickly.

Also, concerning the hiring slow down...
I am in class right now, and I can say without hesitation that G. G. Said yes, there will be a several month hiatus on hiring beginning December. It's just a numbers game for net airplanes in 2016. He is still trying to keep small classes going all along so next summer they aren't slammed. He said if they do stop for a few months, class sizes may need to be 40+, and he wants to keep smaller numbers going all along. It did not sound like he's going to win that fight though. And only time will tell.

Do yourself a favor and wait until class to learn this stuff. Not only is at least one of these cards incorrect, there is info there, while nice to know is not required for your oral. Granted mine was in February but I doubt that much has changed. Save your brain space for what you'll really need to know. The training process is very straight forward and it works. Ditto everything SpeedBreaker said.
Spend your time thinking about free frosty brews at the Staybridge instead

Some of those limitations aren't right and listen to what everyone says... They hired you to fly a plane... They don't want you to fail... There are no games... I think since they started hiring in '13, there's been maybe one person who didn't make it through... It's not easy but you're not going to fail unless you really shouldn't be at this level...
As far as the slowdown, it really could go either way... I won't say who I talked to but he said it really could go either way and he's the one who would know... No one really knows...
Are those new leap engines certified yet?? That has a lot to do with if we even see a neo come online next year

I would recommend that you DO NOT study before showing up to class. Relax and enjoy your time off. They will teach you everything when you show up to class. They will tell you when you need to start studying limitation and memory items. Listen to the instructors and you will be ok. You do not need to know how to build it, just what they want you to know. Have fun and enjoy your time in training. It's the best training program that I've been through.

Jags,

Do whatever makes you happy man! You're a grown-up. You'll pass either way because I'm sure you possess the aptitude and have a good attitude. Those are the only pre-requisites necessary.

I really want Frontier, but I fall short of the 1500hrs of multi. Hoping to be considered once that box is checked.

Any projections for the rest of the year? Applied a couple weeks ago. Considering going to a career fair.
