Respectfully as possible, you and the other dude that you were agreeing with are smoking crack!!! The long term business plan at F9 is better than any other carrier in the nation?? Really!!? Come on now guys, drink the Kool Aid because tastes good. I love the mathematical speculations. Very creative and entertaining...however they unfortunately lack any verifiable facts.
Obviously there is no guarantee that frontier will get all of the orders, but if we do, the airline will more than double in 5 years. That kind of growth is only possible at a small airline. So yeah, frontier could be the fastest growing airline in the country. It's easy to double when you are small.

Your post is simply full of assumptions and ifs, nothing factual. Regarding mine, I was ardently disagreeing with both of you. Nothing personal pal. It does however intrigue me when someone reacts to their thoughts being challenged with a passive aggressive tone. The sing-songy boy scout schtick is so tired. When Spirit got the contract they have now their pay was higher than Jet Blues, Americans, US Air and several more.
Some out there ought to be thanking the Spirit pilot group for keeping the bar up while everyone else was in the toilet.

Any US Airline flying an A-320, and don't fall for managements bull**** that you deserve less. Pilot costs have a minimal impact on CASM.
My hourly rate is $0.56 per seat per 321s, F9s is even less. It's horrific
