Looking at the lines for March, it would appear that there is no advantage to becoming relatively senior at Frontier.
The one thing we've always had here was good schedules. Those days are apparently over. They just keep getting worse and worse.

When you factor those in Spirit pays less then half of what United does. Just saying. I am all for QOL but when your peers are toasting you that badly in pay it makes it difficult to claim you have better QOL. Money is a part of QOL, not just days off.

That's the beauty of it. You don't have to be a 3yr captain at spirit. You can go to United and make more after the new rates as a 3 year FO. Now, with all due respect, take your respective Spirit thread out of the Frontier forum and let folks here gain the info about Frontier they are looking for.
