Well, like I stated 'Just My $.02 Cents'!
Merely saying, they were nice enough to call the folks, they cancelled on! That's all, no need to get your shorts in a bind!

I don't know any better than anyone else, but I sure don't think we are understaffed right now. I believe a good number of guys on reserve aren't working much.

We have hired a lot of pilots and we don't have a single addition airplane yet. I think we have hired 350 pilots in the last 2.5 years and we still have 55 airplanes. Utilization has grown for sure, but I hardly think we are short staffed. I remember Biffle saying in my last recurrent that with the lull in deliveries and then the quick fleet growth, they had to choose between overstaffed pilots for a few months or risk being understaffed when the deliveries started coming fast this fall.

I wouldn't put too much thought into a few delayed classes. I've felt that we were hiring too much lately anyhow

Good point, I asked if he July interviews are a sure thing and he told me that he can't say for sure but the plans were to have September Classes....I guess to match the deliveries...who knows...

Any word on when the supposed DEN growth should happen? We kept hearing between 10-15% more flying there this year but not when, just curious if anyone knew anything else.

Can anyone share details about training pay and accommodations while in training?

Pay is min guarantee at the first year rate with no per diem unless you're sent out of DEN for sim. Frontier does not pay for your accommodations so you'll have to make your own arrangement for training. There are hotels within walking distance of HQ but some folks opt for the crash pad thing to save money.
