Somewhere around 150 flights cancelled today. I just do not understand how things can still be this F'd up. Over an hour to talk to crew scheduling.

*** is going on? Straight up incompetence I suppose.

Definitely - and quite the understatement. This one is gonna hurt Biffle, Meehan and Nides. Can't say it isn't deserving - they've made some poor choices. These guys might be geniuses at making some sheckles, but apparently haven't a clue when it comes to the operational side.

Imagine a raw egg in your hand. Slowly close your hand and feel the yolk oozing between your fingers and the shell crunching in your fist...that's what these guys have done to the good Frontier name. Of course, Bedford bought the eggs...please excuse the lousy poetic liberties.

The Ramp staff walked off the job and quit. There's no quick fix when a major labor group disappears. I bet Simplicity is offering TDY to people in other stations to come work in Denver.

This might actually be a reminder to management that labor is an important part of running a business. It's hard to run an airline without any employees

Local news in Las Vegas reporting that stranded Frontier passengers are being told that cancellations are due to pilot strike.

So it sounds like you guys are saying if one were to have an interview in 2-3 weeks, don't go? If it is so bad, then why are guys sticking around, why not just bail?

Because people make life's watershed decisions for a myriad of reasons; little of which hinge on message board banter.

I get the Denver issues. To a point anyways. But there were flights cancelled at out stations that weren't going to Denver. Turns out of PHL for example. With planes and crews ready to go.

They're harshing economic conditions so they can show the mediator they're losing money and can't afford to pay us... they'd rather set money on ablaze in this dumpster fire than give it to us
