Any other "major" airlines require a contract? Any other airline makes you pay for your own hotel? Lowest pay in the "majors"?
What kind of pilots are you getting?

The number of section 13's is legit, from a very reliable source. Don't forget about the previous 11 that were done over the summer. I agree with the message that is "being sent". Yet ...the koolaid still gets consumed by many......

A section 13 is a discipline hearing. You know, for stuff like calling people dirty words on facebook and calling in sick every time the Broncos play

That's pretty low. Those sick days are mine, I've earned them and I don't think the company should start a witch hunt for people who used their sick days. People at F9 who brag about having 120 days of sick are not very bright. We don't have a provision to cash out sick time, so I'm using them.

We need to stay together and be strong against this management.

We need to get personal days instead of sick days. Then we can use them without any questions. Sick or just don't feel like going into work that day. I think Jetblue has a nice system like that.

They do, it's called PTO. Senior guys get 12 hours per month, which accumulates, in turn they take time off when they want or can also sell a portion of it back to the company at the end of the year at 150%.
It also goes hand in hand with their PBS, which is adamantly apposed to by some at F9.

By far, the majority of the pilots are against PBS. There is a reason why the company wants it.
