You mean the guy that was using his initial ground school instructor hire date (so senior for non revs in the back of the plane, not Jumpseat) to bump other pilots who were senior to him on the pilot seniority list out of the Jumpseat as he was commuting to Ord. Doubtful, to much a cool aid drinker.

Left as a ground instructor to get time at Lakes. Had a deal with the VP of Ops. Also a neat ceremony after every flight, he’d fill out his logbook and say, “ well, only xxx many hours to go before I leave for Frontier...”. Just to rub it in the face of his Captain... never had the guts to upgrade either....bet he crosses Day one...

Heard on the van yesterday that one of the pilot recruiters accused one of the chief pilots of sexual harassment and has sued the company?? Here we go again with the Sliver .... I was told that the person suing is of the "alternative lifestyle" (to be PC). Is this true ? Is this person still at the company ?

These are the kind of questions/rumors that don't belong in the Hiring blog...

Is Frontier still basing pilots in DEN during training making candidates pay for their own housing during training? or are the now providing hotels during training?
Also how junior is ORD and MCO? are new hires holding those bases out of training?

This IS a recurring question. If indeed, there is no longer a training contract the Frontier profile page might be changed to reflect that.

I’m pretty sure the training contract is gone and I’ve heard they are paying for hotels from some and they aren’t from others... if you have to worry about a training contract and lodging in this environment, that should tell you all you need to know before you step foot on property... however, we’re “growing” and we have a “great pilot group”...
