Would do the interview and see if you get the job first before deciding whether you would go with them.
Pay is at the bottom:

Did GoJet ever become AQP or not yet?

Not for initial training. Only AQP for recurrent.

Take home pay

Anyone have a realistic idea on what the first year take home pay is? (Including per diem and what not) trying to figure out a budget and I’m not sure how much I’m realistically going home with.

After the 2 weeks of Indoc in STL, do they sent you straight to PHX or is there few days off?

Trying to plan my stay accordingly.

thank you

Was told it just depends whether there is a slot at sims available right after indoc. Could go either way.
Also a 50/50 whether it is PHX or STL.

For the new hires who got sent the SOP limitations/memory items packet before class, does the training department expect us to have it all memorized before we start?

I’m prepared to do so, just want to make sure I don’t study it all and then it ends up being unnecessary or the wrong info or something...

I was told to memorize it before I show up as it makes it easier to focus on other things while in training.

does GoJet use flows?
i have not received them.

can someone share a copy ?

$34,200 using min guarantee. $38K using the industry standard of 1,000 hours X min guarantee. I prefer to low-ball the estimates and be pleasantly surprised IF I make more.

It’s 2 weeks Indoc then 3 weeks systems in phx before going into gfs and sims. There is no break between Indoc and systems. Currently they are using 2 sims in STL and 1 in phx. As far as the SOP limitations get familiar with them but there isn’t gonna be a memory test while in Indoc that’s for sure. Week in of training right now feel free to PM me any other questions or ask here too. They will deadhead you from STL to PHX and back if you want other wise you can jump seat.
