They are flow patterned checklists but GoJet does not have traditional flows.

For the new hires who got sent the SOP limitations/memory items packet before class, does the training department expect us to have it all memorized before we start?

I’m prepared to do so, just want to make sure I don’t study it all and then it ends up being unnecessary or the wrong info or something...

You won't be tested on any of those limitations during indoc. You've got a written test after 3 weeks of ground school and then the ones assigned to sims in Phoenix have a little over a week off before GFS/SITs and then the oral.

Isn’t a “flow patterned checklist” exactly what flows are in general? Don’t all airlines use flows procedurally?

There are largely two styles.
challenge-response checklist or read-do checklist.
This sounds like read-do.

For anyone out there wondering about interviews/class dates. I interviewed 4/22 and got a spot in the 5/17 class. Going to CTP in DFW a week before that as well. Excited to join the 121 world.

Does GoJet have any CRJ 700s left in the fleet or have they all been converted to the 550?

Curious if anyone who is there could post what your typical bid looks like. A long time 135 guy am brand new to the 121 world. Starting class 6/1. PM would be fine. Thank you..
